Once we receive your enquiry, our team will confirm availability and send you the booking details within a few hours.

We recommend booking at least 2–3 days in advance for day tours and 7–10 days in advance for multi-day packages. During peak seasons (Rath Yatra, Durga Puja, Christmas–New Year) and for group bookings, we recommend booking 2–4 weeks early as slots fill up quickly.

Absolutely! With 14 years of experience, we specialise in crafting custom itineraries. Simply tell us your preferred destinations, number of days, group size, and budget — and we'll design a personalised tour just for you.

Yes! We handle group tours of all sizes — from small family groups to large corporate outings. Group bookings of 10 or more persons require at least 7 days advance notice. Special group rates are available — contact us for a custom quote.

We accept the following payment methods:

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
• Bank Transfer / NEFT / IMPS
• Cash (at our Bhubaneswar office)

We do not accept credit/debit card payments at this time. All payment details will be shared at the time of booking confirmation.

A minimum advance payment of 30% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of departure.

Prices displayed on our website are starting prices and may vary based on group size, season, fuel prices, and specific requirements. Final confirmed pricing will be provided at the time of booking. GST is included in all quoted prices unless stated otherwise.

Entry fees to monuments, temples, national parks, and wildlife sanctuaries are generally not included in the tour price unless explicitly stated in the itinerary. These are to be paid directly by the traveller at the site.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 7 days before tour: 80% refund of advance paid
• 3–7 days before tour: 50% refund of advance paid
• Less than 3 days before tour: No refund
• No show / same day cancellation: No refund

In the rare event that OdishaRide needs to cancel your tour due to natural calamity, government orders, or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you either a full refund or a free rescheduling option. We will notify you as early as possible.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation. Refunds are made via the same payment method used at the time of booking (UPI or bank transfer).

All our tours include pickup and drop from Bhubaneswar — your hotel, home, airport, or railway station. If you require pickup from a different location, please inform us at the time of booking.

Entry to Jagannath Temple, Puri is restricted to Hindu devotees only as per the temple trust rules. Non-Hindu travellers can still visit the temple area from outside and enjoy Puri Golden Beach, Sakhigopal Temple, and other nearby attractions included in the itinerary.

The best time to visit Odisha depends on what you want to experience:

• October – February: Best overall weather, ideal for all tours
• March – May: Warmer but good for Daringbadi & hill tours
• June – July: Rath Yatra season — most spiritually significant
• August – September: Monsoon — lush greenery, fewer crowds

Simlipal National Park is generally open from November to June. It remains closed during the monsoon season (July–October) for forest conservation. OdishaRide will assist you in planning your Simlipal tour during the open season.

Yes! We offer specially curated honeymoon packages across Odisha — from romantic beach sunsets in Puri and Gopalpur to misty mornings in Daringbadi. Our honeymoon packages can be fully customised based on your preferences and budget.

We use well-maintained, air-conditioned vehicles for all our tours. Our fleet includes sedans, SUVs, and larger vehicles for group tours. All vehicles are regularly serviced and sanitised. You can view our tour vehicles at odisharide.com/featured-vehicles.

Yes! All our drivers are professionally trained, licensed, and experienced in Odisha's roads and destinations. With 14 years of operations, our team has extensive local knowledge and is familiar with all routes across the state.

Travel insurance is not included in our tour packages. We strongly recommend all travellers to purchase their own travel insurance before the tour. This covers you for medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and loss of personal belongings.

We recommend carrying the following on all OdishaRide tours:

• Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence)
• Comfortable clothing appropriate for the season
• Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat for outdoor tours
• Personal medicines if required
• Cash for entry fees, meals, and personal expenses
• Modest dress for temple visits

Meals are generally not included in our standard tour packages unless explicitly mentioned in the itinerary. Our drivers are familiar with the best local restaurants and dhabas at every stop and will always recommend the best food options!
