Welcome to OdishaRide (operated by Odisha Ride Services, VSS Nagar Main Road, Bhubaneswar – 751010). These Terms of Use govern your use of odisharide.com and all tour and travel services provided by OdishaRide.

By accessing our website or booking any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or booking our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement with OdishaRide, all information you provide is accurate and complete, and you agree to use our services only for lawful purposes.

Use of Website

You agree to use odisharide.com only for its intended purpose. You must not use the website in any way that violates applicable Indian or international laws, copy or distribute any content without written permission, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, or use automated tools or bots to extract data.

Booking & Reservations

All bookings made through OdishaRide are subject to the following conditions:

• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment and written/WhatsApp confirmation from OdishaRide
• OdishaRide reserves the right to refuse any booking at its sole discretion
• Tour packages are subject to availability at the time of booking
• Special requests must be communicated at the time of booking — we cannot guarantee all requests
• Group bookings of 10 or more persons require a minimum of 7 days advance notice

Payment Terms

• Advance Payment: Minimum 30% of total tour cost required to confirm booking
• Balance Payment: Remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of departure
• Accepted Methods: UPI, bank transfer, cash (at our office)
• GST: All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Tour Inclusions & Exclusions

Unless explicitly stated in the tour itinerary:

• Typically Included: AC vehicle, driver/guide, pickup & drop from Bhubaneswar, sightseeing as per itinerary
• Typically Excluded: Personal expenses, meals (unless specified), entry fees, camera fees, tips, travel insurance
• Entry fees to Jagannath Temple, Konark Sun Temple, Simlipal, and other sites are to be paid directly by the traveller

Traveller Responsibilities

As a traveller booking with OdishaRide, you are responsible for:

• Carrying valid government-issued photo ID during all tours
• Arriving at the pickup point on time
• Respecting local customs, traditions, and religious sentiments
• Following all rules at national parks, wildlife sanctuaries, and religious sites
• Taking care of your personal belongings
• Purchasing your own travel insurance before the tour

Intellectual Property

All content on odisharide.com including text, images, logos, tour descriptions, itineraries, and videos are the intellectual property of Odisha Ride Services and are protected under applicable Indian copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of India, specifically the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

Changes to Terms

OdishaRide reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date and notify registered users for significant changes. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.
